Overview:

NewBeauty has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, Integrated Sales Manager in our New York office.

The Integrated Sales Manager is an outside sales position responsible for selling print and digital advertising solutions to beauty brands of all sizes. This is an integrated position selling both print and digital advertising to a specific group of beauty/luxury brands as well as emerging and spa brands.  Primary focus will be on developing new business  (you are a “Hunter”!) through strategic networking, relationship building and prospecting.  You will be responsible for managing all phases of the sales pipeline with particular emphasis on identifying and prospecting to new customers and recognizing opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted vertical markets and meet sales goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of three years of b2b, outside sales experience
  • Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold calling
  • Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget - results oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong work ethic
  • Participate in and coordinate marketing initiatives and client events
  • Organized and detail oriented with professional presentation ability
  • An understanding and willingness to embrace new technology and social media
