Two newly created senior management positions designed to further company’s strategic initiatives across brands.
NEW YORK and BOCA RATON, FL, September 10, 2013 — SANDOW® (http://sandow.com), a leader in building multiplatform brands in consumer and business media, retail and e-commerce, licensing and marketing, has added two new positions to its executive team, naming Erica Holborn Chief Strategy Officer and Timothy J. Kelliher Executive Vice President, Sales. The news was announced today by Adam I. Sandow, Chairman and CEO of SANDOW.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Holborn will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to create, communicate, execute and sustain strategic initiatives and to manage key business functions to ensure that the company is successful in attaining its goals. She begins in her new role on September 23 and will be based out of SANDOW’s South Florida corporate headquarters.
Holborn has extensive experience in developing company direction, managing operational functions and helping diverse teams to attain sustainable corporate growth and industry dominance. She spent 16 years building TrialGraphix into the nation’s leading litigation support provider, having started at the company as an account manager and quickly climbing the ranks to President & CEO in 2002. After managing the sale of TrialGraphix to Kroll Ontrack, a division of Kroll, Inc., she became Vice President and Operating Director of the unit.

Kelliher, who started this week, will also work out of the company’s South Florida corporate headquarters. He reports to Peter Fain, SANDOW’s Chief Operating Officer. As EVP, Sales, Kelliher is responsible for ensuring that SANDOW’s entire sales organization has the direction, information, resources and support necessary to successfully execute on their objectives. He will work closely with leaders across the company’s portfolio to create successful revenue strategies and shape the sales approach followed by each brand’s sales team.
With over 20 years of experience across sales, marketing, product management and operations, Kelliher spent the past five years as a Senior Vice President at Williams Lea, a leader in corporate information solutions, where he was instrumental in helping the company grow its revenue from $180 million to approximately $800 million over a four-year period.
Prior to that, he held key executive positions at DHL Global Mail from 1999 to 2008, including Senior Vice President, Strategy & Product Management, where he had P&L responsibility for three business units and 18 product lines, and Vice President, Sales. Previously, he spent five years as Vice President of Business Development/Strategic Alliances at SmartMail Services, LLC, which was sold to DHL. In that role, Kelliher grew revenues from $20 million to $160 million in four years. He started his career at Moore North America, where, during 13 years at the company, he climbed the sales ranks to Regional Sales Director.
