Worth Destinations is the authoritative list of America’s most dynamic cities, chosen for their thriving entrepreneurial, economic, cultural, philanthropic, tourist and civic activity.
Launched with the publication of the June/July issue of Worth magazine—the largest issue in Worth’s 24-year history and one completely dedicated to a holistic evaluation of the business, investing, travel, civic leadership, and quality of life attributes in 15 U.S. cities—Worth Destinations is a yearlong editorial exploration that will include coverage on each of the Worth Destinations via digital, radio, broadcast and live-event channels. Additionally, some of the country’s most compelling local philanthropy stories will be highlighted by Worth’s philanthropy editor, three-time Emmy Award winner Soledad O’Brien, under the Worth Giving with Soledad O’Brien brand.
Nashville, for its booming start-up scene, creative and collaborative spirit, good governance, and cultural vitality, is the first city chosen as a Worth Destination after months of research and deliberation by the Worth editorial team.
